COVID-19 UPDATE

In response to the COVID-19 virus, we want to keep our customers and our employees safe, so on a scheduled basis we are disinfecting all high traffic areas throughout our premises, such as door knobs/handles, keypads, exit buttons, bathrooms and reception areas.

Only one customer is allowed into the office at a time, and he or she must stay at least six feet away from our employees. If a customer is not feeling 100% healthy, he or she should not come into our office. Each customer is required to wear a mask when entering our office.

We have provided guidelines for all of our employees on social distancing, hand-washing protocols, the use of hand sanitizers, and the importance of staying home if they are ill. All employees are required to wear masks while at work.

We realise that you may not want to leave home and come into our offices, so below are convenient ways to make payments:

• Online payments through our web site: www.storeallbds.com.
• Call us with your credit card number or authorise us to charge your card each month.
• Online payments through CIBC FirstCaribbean’s online banking (CIBC FirstCaribbean customers only).
• Give us post-dated cheques.
• Use the drop box outside for payments by cheque.

We hope that the situation will not require more drastic action and that the virus will subside quickly.

You can rent your storage unit online once you are paying by credit card. First go to the Booking page to choose the size that you need from what we have available. Next, the Rental Agreement (in an editable PDF format) can be found under Rental Agreement. You must download the agreement and save it on your computer, then fill in all of the fields on your computer. Choose a seven-digit code that you can easily remember (like a phone number); initial each page; and under the date you must tick the box authorising the electronic signature. If you are a citizen of the European Union, we will need to email you our Privacy Policy separately. Please also scan or take a photo of your ID and email it along with the completed rental agreement to rentals@storeallbds.com. If you need help please call us – 429-7428. After our team sets you up in our computer system you will receive an email, explaining how to pay for your storage unit online. If you need packing and moving supplies and/or a lock we will add them to your account and put them in the storage unit for you.
